Active meditation is the process of witnessing while being engaged in activity. It is very suited to today's lifestyle where we are faced with increased mental and physical activities. It aids in suspending the rational mind and allows the natural self to begin to emerge and rather than repressing negative emotions like attachments, they are transformed into positive energy.

Rates:  40 for 4 sessions or drop in for  12 per session
